You may have noticed that the 30 day cycle of round 3 officially ended today - and we have some unbelievably good news to report.
Erkki's doctor told him this morning that the next step is to figure out how to get Erkki home as soon as possible!
We don't know the specifics yet, but just knowing they are working towards that has made us giddy with excitement.
It looks like Erkki will not need any other surgery for now, Erkki is healing himself very well!
The doctors and nurses are in awe of our Star Patient. It's apparently extremely rare for someone to bounce back as quickly as Eman has.

Wonderful news! We wish all the best, we always knew, Erkki is a success, whatever you may think of! Getting out of a hospital is certainly a very good aim, that's where you get sick!!
All the best

Terrific news! And just in time, too, for the festive season, the cookies, cakes, turkey, stuffing, egg nogg, wine, cognac, and other goodies. He'll be on the treadmill before too long trying to lose the extra pounds he's going to put on on. We're very happy for both of you that he's recovering so speedily and that he'll be home sooner than you expected.

Hey Erk. If you feel half as good as you look you get no sympathy here...and what's with the empty mug??
Let me know if it's time for a jug of Calvados.
