A stem cell match has been found!!!! What a relief.
We will meet with the transplant team after Round 3 to discuss the various options and next steps.
Heart scan was done this morning and Round 3 will begin tomorrow as they are 'fairly sure' a bed will be available.
We are thrilled to have one more evening at home.

Great news, Erkki. Also your squash buddies had a meeting last night to discuss the 2009 Carlton Memorial. We expect to see you there, especially at the lunch on Saturday January 10th, even if we have to push your bed up St George Street to the Club. We are all rooting for you, and your courage and humour are an inspiration to us all.
