Erkki has a sore mouth and throat today - hoping it won't last long or get worse than it is.
He is very tired but otherwise okay
He hasn't had blood or platelet transfusions for 2 days and the counts have not dropped - sounds to me like this is good news. I will find out more when I go into the hospital a little later.No movement on the white blood cell count as yet. This should happen some time in the next few days.
Ian calls the patients' lounge (across from E's room) the "Pukonen Palace" because we seem to take it over regularly to watch the US Open, use the computer or entertain visitors when Eman is up to it.
