Erkki was moved back to Princess Margaret Hospital on Monday. He is continuing to become more oriented, and aware of his situation and surroundings. He makes comments that keep us in stitches. He told one doctor that " I have been through a big trauma, you know." His vitals are good and he counts are improving. Unfortunately there is another surgery in the future which will not be as major as his first. We do not know the date of this surgery yet. But really he is doing much better and we are thankful for the skilled care he received at the Mount Sinai ICU. More tomorrow.
